Oh, Crab!…with Kelly

This week’s “Seashells” photo has more adorable inspiration than should be allowed for one challenge! It’s so CUTE! I had to narrow it down (so we didn’t get a cavity from all of that sweetness 😂)! I chose the crab offering the pebble to the hermit crab… but instead, he’s offering a shell from the Jersey Shore to YOU!


Used The Greetery’s “Hey Honeycomb: Crab” with the “Hey Honeycomb: Basics” die set and “Hey Honeycomb: Summer Sentiments” stamps. When you peel the heart sticker and open the flap…

The puffy honeycomb is revealed and can be stuck down for display. Also used The Greetery’s “Making Waves” embossing folder and stencils, a Stampin’ Up woodgrain folder, and Sizzix’s “Cobblestone 2” folder by Tim Holtz.

His teeny shell is a recent acquisition from the beach in Ship Bottom, New Jersey, a town on Long Beach Island. The crab says, “10 out of 10 recommend!” for an excellent beach experience (and he also wants you to come play along this week)!
