It’s White. It’s Wonderful with Laurel

Hey everyone, Laurel here! I have to admit. I agree with the title…. I love snow and winter! I was inspired by the wool. It gave me an excuse to use a couple of fun dies.

I first embossed a white panel of cardstock then used an old CTMH die to create a shaker box window. I love how the pattern paper looks like you’re looking out a window onto a neighbourhood. This Simple Stories paper pack has some great patterns in it and the one I used for the beanie is perfect don’t you think? The die is from Papertrey Ink. I die cut some felt for the pom pom and bottom of the beanie.

I then used my Concord & 9th Wool die to create a couple skeins of wool, stapled on a couple of the ephemera from the paper pack and mounted on foam squares. Definitely had fun creating this card.
