The Beginning with Laurel

Hey everyone, Laurel here to share my take on this week’s inspiration. I was inspired by the birds and the sketch, though I flipped it as it worked better that way with the Beginning Today stamp from Unity.

I started with the Little Spring Stories paper pack (on sale right now) from Unity and played around until I liked the papers and layout. for the top layer I subtly stamped the Lilac Poise image, splattered with ink then punched the side with a notebook punch.

After colouring the bird I mounted on foam squares.
