Welcome! At Inspired By, we believe creativity can spark from the simplest things—a cozy photo, a fun sketch, or a seasonal theme. Each week we share a fresh inspiration image and a coordinating sketch to get your ideas flowing. Whether you’re into cardmaking, scrapbooking, mixed media, or any type of project, you’re invited to interpret the challenge your way. There’s no right or wrong—just inspiration and creativity. We can’t wait to see what you create!

Rainbow Ribbon…with Kelly

There was so much inspiration to be found when looking at this week’s “Caterpillar” photo that I couldn’t decide where to start! Three ideas later, I settled on a more abstract version than I typically make…

I didn’t have a cute caterpillar so I chose the twisty “Ribbon Frame” surrounding “Cottage Tile” flowers from The Greetery. The sentiment from “Pretty Picado Sentiments” was inked in a gradient pattern to match. I thought it was a good choice because that caterpillar is surely yelling “HELLO!” when you pass by the yard it lives in!

Hope you are having a great weekend! We would love for you to come and play along with us this week!
