I was inspired by the theme + colors. My card features the following Hero Arts products:

• Hydrangea Layering Stencils of the Month | June 2025
• Banner Days | stamp + die
• Rounded Rectangle | infinity dies
  

Hero Arts Inks:

• Byzantine Green | Reactive Glitz
• Kiwi | Core Ink
• Egyptian Blue | Reactive Glitz
• Dusty Blue | Core Ink

I used Distress Oxide Black Soot for the center of the blooms.

The stenciling was done on ColorWheel Cardstock:

• Fairy Tale

The sentiment has stamped with Egyptian Blue on Fairy Tale cardstock. The card dimension is 5×7.

If you were following me last year, you might remember that I did a call out for Birthday cards for my former Mother-in-law’s 99th birthday. I’m doing it again for her 100th birthday that is in August. In honor of this fantastic woman, I want to send her a total of 100 birthday cards. Hello everyone. Von Marie on the blog today and I’m so excited for this weeks challenge Hydrangeas IB397. We have a card sketch and fun colors too. I love seeing how you are inspired!

Let’s Get Started:

I was inspired by the theme Hydrangeas, Card Sketch and Colors. I went with stickers for the this card as I couldn’t find any Hydrangeas stamps in my stash…I know! I need to change them as they are very pretty.  Although I do love stickers and I was excited to use them. Do you love stickers? I’m always captivated by them.

I used a stencil set from A Colorful Life Designs Marvelous Masks Rectangles in the 2′ and 3 ‘ rectangle stencils. I flipped  the stencil and ink blended on white cardstock using Catherine Pooler Sage ink and Simon Says Stamp Steel Blue ink.  

My panel was cut to 4 x 5 1/4. I’ve had these stickers from Mrs Grossman called Hydrangea stems for a long time in my stash and used all of them all on this card.  Sentiment is from the New My Monthly Hero July 2026 stamp called When Life Gives You Lemons.  I used the coordinating die after stamping with Versafine Onyx Black ink.  I used the coordinating die to die-cut 2 more times to give my sentiment dimension. My panel was glue to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  Inside of the card is a Hydrangea small petal and leaf. I had so much fun with this card.

I have a special love for hydrangeas! Our May 2001 wedding invitation featured one tiny blue hydrangea peeking through a little square, and we had bouquets with pink and white roses with big blue hydrangeas at the ceremony and reception! My very first stamp set in that same year was a two-step hydrangea set (I was hooked). So I was very excited to see this week’s Inspired By Challenge photo!

I had the perfect papers in mind, the new “Flower Shoppe” collection from Carta Bella. I placed an oval over the top embossed with The Greetery’s “Pretty Picado” embossing folder. Then I said to myself, “More hydrangeas, please!” and added a beautiful bouquet made with “Budding Beauties: Summer.”

I added a “Regency Bow No. 2” and a sentiment from “Rosemal Reflections” on a banner made with dies from the coordinating set. I chose “With Love” because I may use this pretty theme for a bridal shower, wedding, birthday, or even sympathy card. I have a feeling this week’s gallery is going to be one of my favorites. We can’t wait to see what you make!

Soft blues, fresh greens and delicate florals from this week’s inspiration were the perfect starting point for this card. I mixed kraft cardstock with patterned papers and a sweert sentiment to create a design with plenty of texture and dimension. The kraft lets the cool hydrangea inspired colors shine, making a card to celebrate beautiful memories.

I hope this week’s projects inspire you to pull out your favorite florals and create something beautiful.

Hey everyone, Laurel here and I absolutely love this week’s challenge. My grandma always had blue hydrangeas on either side of her front door (and I actually have one in my yard that is a cutting that was started form one of hers!) so when I see them anywhere I think of her.

I was inspired by the theme, colors, hydrangeas, and loosely by the sketch. As soon as I saw the challenge I knew that the new Flower Shoppe collection by Carta Bella was perfect ( I absolutely love this new collection!)

I used an old MFT background die to add some more depth to the background. Then I layered on pieces of the pattern paper and one of the frames from the Frames & Tags and then stitched. I then topped with a hydrangea sticker. As always I adhered the sticker to scrap paper and fussy cut out so I could mount of foam squares. The thank you is also a sticker from the collection.

I can’t wait to see how you are inspired!

A gorgeous bouquet of blue and white hydrangeas takes centre stage in this bright and welcoming room, surrounded by classic stripes, delicate blue-and-white patterns, natural textures, and plenty of soft summer light. I was inspired by the theme + colors. My card features the following Lawn Fawn products:

• Flamingo Floatie | lawn cuts
• Build-a-Bunny | lawn cuts

• Simply Summer Sentiments | stamp
  

I also squeezed in these products:

• Waffle Flower – Happy Circles Texture | die
• Spellbinders – Suds & Buds | 3D embossing folder

I used the following Concord & 9th cardstock:

• Watermelon
• Buttercup
• Aqua Sky

The sentiment has been heat embossed in white on a black cardstock strip. I used the Spellbinders Suds & Buds 3D embossing folder for a tiled ground. I love how the Happy Circles Texture reminds me of water drops.

 Hello everyone.  Von Marie here and I’m so excited for this weeks challenge. This week it’s Poolside Yay!!  There is also a fun Card sketch and and color inspiration. Make a project either inspired by the theme, sketch, or colors. You have less then a week to upload. New Challenge starts every Thursday and Winners announced on Sundays.

Let’s Get Started:

I was inspired by the theme Poolside.  I had a few different ideas but when I seen this ephemera in my stash from Simple Stories called Sunkissed, I thought it was perfect and easy for this weeks challenge.  I also used some Lawn Fawn Pattern Paper and used it with this fun EZ Wonder Die #3 from the Not 2 Shabby Shop. 

I took my craft knife and made a slit in the floatie so I could slip the drink in there. Gotta stay hydrated let’s hope there is caffeine in there. LOL. Oh and can’t forget your SPF 50. I had so much fun making this card. All was glued with liquid glue to a side folding A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.
