This week we’re inspired by Candy — with a fun Halloween twist!
You could be inspired by the wrapped candy shapes, ribbons, plaid, polka dots, or the classic Halloween combination of orange, grey and black. I love all the different patterns mixed together in the inspiration photo — a great excuse to dig through those patterned paper scraps!
The sketch gives you three simple stacked elements, which could become sentiments, die cuts, stamped images, patterned-paper panels or even three little pieces of candy.
As always, you can be inspired by the photo, colours, sketch, theme or just one small detail. There’s no need to make a Halloween card unless that’s where the inspiration takes you!
