Current Challenge

Hello everyone. Von Marie here and we have a New challenge over on the Inspired By…Blog. This week it’s Pumpkins #IB411. Yay and there is fun colors and card sketch. How are you inspired?

Here is how I was inspired? I really love the theme Pumpkins, Colors, and card Sketch. Oh I like the leaves in the photo too. I kept this simple. I cut out rectangles with white cardstock using my paper trimmer, I want to say they are 2×3. I ink blended them with Catherine Pooler Sea Foam, Catherine Pooler Orange Peel, and Catherine Pooler Over Coffee with Pink Fresh Studio Peach fuzz inks.I then glued my ink blended rectangles on a white cardstock panel 4 1/8 x 5 3/8 according to the card sketch.

Next, I ink blended some pumpkins that I die-cut with cream colored cardstock from Taylored Expressions Layer It Pumpkins Dies. I used Pinkfresh Studio Peach Fuzz ink and Catherine Pooler Over Coffee for the stems. I glued my pumpkins to my card sketch and found a sentiment strip and leaf vinyl in my stash from Unity Stamp Co. Then my panel was glued to a kraft heavy weight A2 top folding card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.  I had so much fun making this card.  See you on the next one!!

I hope you join us! Please share in our FB group too.
