Hello everyone. Von Marie here Happy Tuesday. I’m so excited to be on the blog today sharing about this weeks challenge #IB380 Eggs and a really fun and not so hard sketch I think.

Here’s how I was inspired: I really love those eggs with the patterns on them and then I loved the colors. Next, I loved the card sketch.
So Let’s Get Started:

I chose to use a die set in my stash never used yay I’m finally using it. It’s from Honey Bee Stamps called Build An Egg Die Set. I ran a simple egg die through my die cutting machine with white heavy weight cardstock 110 lbs. 3 times. The card sketch looked like 3 shapes so therefore my 3 eggs.

Next, I ink blended 1 egg with Simon Says Stamp Steel Blue dye ink and Catherine Pooler Hot Tub dye ink. The next egg I ink blended it with Altenew Silver Sage ink. My last egg was ink blended with Altenew Eucalyptus ink. I then used Altenew Forest Fern dye ink to stamp a stamped image from Essentials By Ellen called Pieced Together another stamp I have never used yay onto my first egg. I then wanted a different green ink so I chose Memento Cottage Ivy dye ink and used 2 other different images from the set.

I grabbed a 4 x 5 1/4 white cardstock panel and a gray A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I stamped with black ink my sentiment from Waffle Flower Crafts called Rejoice Rabbit Stamp. I glued everything with liquid glue. I used a white gel pen for some accents on my eggs like the inspiration photo. I like how this card came out and although my eggs are bigger than the shapes on the card sketch I still think it works. I hope I inspired you to try this challenge.
