Hello everyone Von Marie here and I’m so happy to be on the blog today. Can you believe we are in February? This weeks challenge is Love Letter #IB374 and we have a fun card sketch too. So much fun. I’m so excited.

Let’s Get Started:

Well I was inspired by the Inspiration photo the colors, envelopes, and hearts. I was also inspired by the card sketch.
I chose to use My Monthly Hero Kit January 2026 Happy Mail. It had this cute envelope die and small card die to tuck in the finished envelope. It also has 2 heart dies and a this cute bow so I used those also. My pattern paper is from Lawn Fawn Spiffy Speckles Strawberry Frosting, I have some 12×12’s of it. It’s also double sided which is perfect. I also used red cardstock and Doodlebug hearts pattern paper.

After I die-cutting and glueing I found a tassel die in my stash from retired Right At Home called Folded Sweetheart Die Set. I had never used it before. I die-cut those dies and tied some hemp pink twine through the loops. I then glued everything to some more Strawberry Frosting pattern paper 4 x 5 1/4 and then to a A2 card base 4 1/4 x 5 1/2. I tucked my red card into the envelope and placed a removable glue dot on the envelope flap to seal my envelope. I hope I did justice with matching my project to the photo and sketch. I love that the recipient will see a mini card in that envelope I will probably write a note inside the card. Lastly I added a word from Simon says Stamp Trio Of Love cut out 3 times with white cardstock. I glued them together and added it to my card. That’s it for me I had fun making this card.
I can’t wait to see how you are inspired. Every Thursday is a New Challenge! Link your card to the original challenge day post and every Sunday the Winner is announced. I can’t wait to see if you are the Winner.
Crafty Hugs,
Von Marie
